Duties:
- Attend monthly District 6 Business Meetings.
- Provide Report.
- Connects new members that are being discharged from a facility to an AA in their community. Hospitals, detox’s, rehabs, jails, half-way houses etc. are just some of the facilities.
- Maintains contact with these facilities.
- Assures exchange of contact info between AA and the facility.
- Maintains District 6 contacts.
- Contact with new member be made within 24-48 hours of release.
- Suggests several various types of AA Meetings in the first week and the importance of Sponsorship.
Recommended Service Experience:
- GSR
- Familiar with 12 Steps and 12 Traditions
- Have a Service Sponsor
Term:
- 2 Years, expires on Dec. 31 of each odd year
